Training and Coaching

For most agents, finding training opportunities isn't really a big challenge. The challenge is finding the training that will actually pay off and then finding the time to take advantage of such training.

RE/MAX Premier Group provides training that you can use everyday. Topics such as Writing Strong Contracts, Company Orientation and Goal Setting, Building a Listing Presentation, Advocate Marketing, Take the Listing Every Time and Working with Buyers is just the beginning of what we offer. A new licensee is immediately involved in weekly training to get their career off on the right path. Monthly coaching is available to all associates in three different group settings or in the privacy of your home through the RE/MAX satellite network and Dish Network.

Steve Goff our Director of Career Development, brings 32 years of experience in real estate, management and training. Steve has been a featured speaker and instructor at real estate conventions since 1995. He is a Certified MCE and Pre-Licensing Instructor for the State of Texas. He has served as Director of a state Association of Realtors and is a past President of local Association of Realtors.

"Master the Keys to Success" is an eight-week skill-building course that changes the career for the real estate agent willing to invest the time. This course is offered only to RE/MAX Premier Agents and increased the production of every agent that completed the course. Our first graduating class continues to meet together monthly adding commitment and accountability to each other. In our last class, over an eight-week period, 20 agents took 128 listings and sales. That is an average of over 6 transactions each, in just eight weeks.

RE/MAX is the only real estate network with a satellite television network. Of course, RE/MAX covers all the other bases as well with online services, CD-Rom courses, video courses and state, regional, national and international conventions and conferences.
